Order Processing : All orders placed on hindbook.in are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of order confirmation. Order confirmation is sent via email or SMS once payment has been successfully verified. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time, and orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working business day.

 

Delivery Time : Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location, the courier partner assigned, and prevailing local conditions. Customers in metro cities may experience faster delivery, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Coverage : We currently offer shipping services across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Shipping Charges : Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, ensuring full transparency with no hidden costs.

 

Delays : While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier service disruptions, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, regional restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

 

Incorrect Address : Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the correct name, address, pin code, and contact number, at the time of placing an order. hindbook.in shall not be held responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. We recommend double-checking your shipping information before confirming your order.

Order Acceptance : Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a strict return policy to prevent misuse and fraud.

Eligible Cases (Only These Allowed)

Returns/Exchange are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Cases

To maintain fairness and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor damage that occurred during shipping, if not supported by valid proof (as outlined below)

  • Products that are used, torn, altered, or tampered with

  • Any claim submitted without a valid, compliant unboxing video

 

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To ensure the authenticity of every return or exchange request, customers are required to record a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video that meets the following conditions:

  • Recording must begin before the package is opened

  • The package must be shown fully sealed, with no signs of prior opening or tampering

  • All sides of the package must be clearly visible during recording

  • The video must be continuous, with no pauses, cuts, or edits

Please note: requests submitted without a valid unboxing video meeting the above criteria will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy is strictly enforced to protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims.

 

Return Request Time

Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted under any condition.

Exchange Process

Once a return request has been submitted and verified against the criteria above, we will arrange for an exchange of the correct or non-defective product. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original item is out of stock, alternative resolutions will be discussed with the customer.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases where an exchange is not possible due to unavailability of stock. Where applicable:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days following approval of the request

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

 

Right to Reject

hindbook.in reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return or exchange request that does not fully meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy

  • Take appropriate action, including denial of service, against customers found to be submitting fraudulent, misleading, or repeated invalid claims

By placing an order on hindbook.in, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the shipping, return, and exchange terms outlined in this policy. These terms are strictly enforced, and claims made without valid supporting evidence, as specified above, will not be entertained.
