The User shall at all times provide hindbook.in Network with accurate information. User shall immediately notify hindbook.in Network of any security breach in or unauthorized use of User's account. User shall not interfere in any way with another User's use of, or hindbook.in Network's provision of the hindbook.in Service. User shall not resell, rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or make commercial use of the hindbook.in Service without the express written consent of hindbook.in Network.

Terms for IGNOU Help Books

The facility to get these books by Cash on Delivery through this site is for students residing in India only. For any address outside India, you can order books– directly on hindbook.in
The books displayed at this site are only the Help Books / Reference Books / Guides based on the syllabus of IGNOU or other Indian Universities for the help, reference and support of the students to prepare them for their Exams. For the best and up to date study, data and results, please refer to the textbooks/study materials prescribed by University / Board / Institute.Under “Cash on Delivery”(means you pay when you receive the products), the books shall be sent to you through the ‘Cash On Delivery” service. In that case, all the payments (including the price of the book & the postal charges etc.) are to be paid to the Courier Delivery Boy / Postman(if we send it by Govt. post). When You receive the delivery of the books. Under this service, it takes nearly 3-7 days to reach your destination.
Please read all the related Terms & Conditions and accept them if you want books through Cash on Delivery before Filling/Submitting the Order Form / Shopping Cart.
The dispatch of a book depends on its availability. Though our Books' Display matches with their availability, but sometimes it so happens that by the time a book is ordered by student, its stock get ended. Though it happens once in a blue moon, but this situation is not preventable. If this happens in your case, we can only ensure you a copy at the earliest as and when your ordered book becomes available in our stock. There are some situations that we cannot prevent. If you don’t want book we can also refund for that unavailable book!
It takes at least 3-7 working days after the date of the Order to reach the customer.
In case of any delay in delivery of books by the Postal Department/ Courier Service, we shall not be responsible.
All the postal / shipping charges, handling charges & packaging charges would be charged extra in addition to the cost of books.
Books are supplied at the customer’s own risk and responsibility.
Supply of books is subject to availability of stock & publication of the particular book/topic/subject. So, please check availability before ordering.
Books, once sold, would not be taken back or exchanged under any circumstances.
In case the packets are dishonoured/refused/unclaimed by the customer, then the customer shall have to bear the entire expenses.
Complaints will be entertained, if filed within 5 days from the receipt of books. In case of any dispute regarding the books / orders purchased from WE, or any error or defect found in a particular book, the maximum amount one can claim from WE shall be just the price which he/she had paid to WE for the purchase of that particular book
If any Wrong book is sent to the customer / any defect in the printing or binding of the book - you can get the book exchanged free of cost or may contact for the refund of the amount which you had paid to hindbook.in for that particular book. You have to send the wrong / defective book back to us. We will exchange or refund against that book.
For this purpose, please also send the details of the returned parcel by email mentioning the complete Information with the reason for return etc. If a refund is demanded for that defective/ wrong book, then it shall be done through PayTM on the PayTM number suggested by the customer.

General Terms

You are required to complete the Order Form / Shopping Cart to place the Order. Any incomplete Order Form / Shopping Cart will not be accepted as a confirmed Order and hence will not be executed.

Prices are liable to be revised without any prior information.
An order cannot be altered or cancelled after it has been executed.
Right to accept/reject the order and the right to execute/not to complete the order remain completely with hindbook.in

Governing Law

This Terms and Your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Other local, state, national, or international laws may also apply to your use of the Application.

Disputes Resolution

Any concern or dispute You have regarding the Service must first be addressed informally by contacting the Company.

Users in the European Union (EU)

As a consumer in the European Union, you will enjoy any mandatory provisions of the law of the country you reside in.

Modification of Terms and Conditions
